Biographical Info I am a qualified Amatsu Orthopath with a keen interest in promoting a natural and holistic approach to life. I believe in empowering people to take an active role in managing and improving their own health. I am also a qualified Yoga teacher, studied Sports (German degree to BA level, PE Teacher) and NLP (Practitioner Level). I have attended numerous workshops and courses in the Therapeutic Applications of Yoga, TCM (Transforming Cellular Memory), Reiki, Feldenkrais, Homeopathy, Meditation, Aromatherapy, etc. I am bilingual in English/German (German native, 30 years in Ireland) and also hold a degree in Communications and a Diploma in Translation.
